"One-over-the-other" hill greenskin 1

I apologise in the first place for the bad pics. If time allows, I will replace them with some better ones. I just feel urged to add a couple of my own creations into this blog. Just to be clear: my place is invaded and my head is raided!

I consider the Games Workshop greenskins to be too fit and muscled. Apart from some bosses, you see no bellies exposed, no hunchbackeds, no lames, no blinds, no maimeds. This simply does not match with the basic idea of a colourful, variegated and violent army, such as the greenskins, who differ in size, equipment and clothes, but not in agressivity and recklessly rush onto the heat of a fight.

The composition is pretty intuitive here: a bigger one is carrying or trying to get rid of a smaller, silly one. The "one-over-the-other" idea came pretty late and the pieces just seemed to combine well, but it was not meant like this from the start. Improvisation... greenish inspiration... MGork whispering at my ears...

The big guy seems wearing some furry skirt or apron. Not only a trick to cover the front part, as I really intended to have such an effect on the body. Legs are too small compared to the the torso, though. Especially considering the late addition of the snotling.

This is my first "release" of a series of hill greenskins, who will unfortunately stay aside still for quite a while for the benefit of some other works.
